I sincerely thank you for inviting me to attend the program titled "Changing Character of Politics and Challenges of Governance" to be held on 19th July 2017 in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow. It would really have been my pleasure to attend the event, but due to some urgent work here in BHU, I am left with no option but to reluctantly regret my inability to attend the said event.
